Cargo-Master, Inc., a transportation brokerage firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas has added two offices to its eighteen locations. Eldy Richardson has been hired to manage the new office in Glenwood, Arkansas. Bill Head will manage the new location in Houma, Louisiana.
