Darrel Banning, president of TDS, Trinity Distribution Services in Seaford, Delaware, has been elected vice president of the Delaware Motor Transport Association (DMTA). His official title is State/Conference Vice President to ATA (American Trucking Associations). DMTA is the official trucking association for the state.
